1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return most new, unused, and unworn items within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order for your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and intimate accessories (such as jewelry or scarves) are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page and during checkout.

Step 2: Package the Item
After receiving your RA#, please package the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
Step 3: Ship the Return

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for international returns. We recommend using a trackable service, and the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable under our policy. These include:
