1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- All tags must still be attached, and any accompanying materials (such as certificates of authenticity) must also be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@purediamondd.com with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.
- Receive Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to return your item.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
